Old Colony Crossroads Collaborative

The Old Colony Crossroads Collaborative (OCCC) is a regional economic development initiative that includes 27 communities and numerous organizations from across Southeastern Mass.  Members of the OCCC share ideas, site selection information, technical resources and expertise, explore regionally-based co-operative marketing, and collaborate on infrastructure, transportation, land-use and other regional issues. The OCCC also engages state and legislative leaders as partners in the region’s economic growth and development.

Historically the OCCC region has boasted great strengths in manufacturing, tourism, life sciences, transportation, renewable energy and warehousing just to mention a few regional growth areas. Our higher education system continues to foster a well trained workforce to support our growing industry needs as well as supporting research and development and local Entrepreneurship.
